I first wrote training by constructing exercises for my horn section in high school band. I continued shaping learning instruction as a music educator from 2005, then designed and implemented my first new hire training program in 2016.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I am an individual with over 20 years experience teaching, instructing, tutoring, and more. I have educated thousands of students and equipped thousands of trainees for their futures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2016, I moved from working in public service and education to the private sector. This has given me unique insights on the strengths and differences of andragogy and pedagogy, as well as the necessity of weaving individual learners’ connection to your mission into instruction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
