Defining Videos

Video production was a surprisingly important skill when I first started working in ID, and it has only gotten more important since then. Most commonly, these training videos appear as supplemental tools in ILT, but occasionally are presented as stand-alone lessons. Whether the video is part of a larger training package, a standalone microlearning, a culture-defining video, or any other vehicle, it must be produced with collaborative input and quality.
