Defining eLearning
What is eLearning? For many, eLearning is simply “training that happens on a computer.” In the world of L&D, the term eLearning can get especially confusing once you start working in other languages and cultures. For the purposes of this page, an “eLearning” is a stand-alone module that the learner interacts with independently, without an instructor or facilitator.
